What is a controlled technical document set?
A controlled technical document set is a product-code- and market-specific package used to qualify the selected ingredient. It normally combines four distinct evidence types: the Product Specification defines requirements, a representative or supplied-batch COA reports measured results, the SDS / MSDS supports safe handling, and certification evidence establishes its own stated scope. HETCHYN sales or quality supplies the current approved revisions after the product code and destination market are known.

01Can I request documents before I know the exact SKU?
Yes. Describe the ingredient format, target potency, dosage form, destination market and expected quantity. The product team can recommend a starting grade before matching the controlled document set.
02Which document governs release, and which one reports a batch?
The current Product Specification defines approved requirements, test methods and acceptance limits for the selected code. A COA reports measured results for one identified batch against that specification.
03Can a representative COA approve a future shipment?
No. A representative COA supports initial technical review only. It is not a multi-batch average or a guarantee for a future delivery batch; the applicable delivery-batch documentation is confirmed separately.
04Why are current certificate copies not public downloads?
Certificate validity, scope and product applicability can change. The website therefore shows protected previews where appropriate, while sales or quality supplies the current approved copy for the requesting market and product.
05Does HETCHYN currently hold BRC or Halal certification?
No. HETCHYN does not currently hold BRC or Halal certification. Ask sales or quality for the current certificate pack applicable to the selected product and destination market.
06Does HETCHYN manufacture finished OEM or ODM products in its own factory?
HETCHYN supplies Dunaliella ingredients and its R&D team can support formulation development and technical collaboration. When a finished consumer product is required, production is arranged with a partner OEM factory rather than represented as finished-product manufacturing in HETCHYN's own ingredient facility.
07What should I include to receive the right revision?
Provide the product code when known, ingredient format, intended application, destination market and the documents needed. HETCHYN targets an initial response within two business days, with additional review where the request is market- or formulation-specific.
