Inquiry definition

What is a qualified ingredient inquiry?

A qualified ingredient inquiry is a structured project brief that gives HETCHYN enough information to recommend a starting grade, match the right documents and confirm the next commercial step. The core inputs are dosage form, target natural beta-carotene potency, preferred route or carrier, destination market, expected quantity, project timing and required documents. If a product code is unknown, the team can begin with the formulation system and shortlist a code for testing.

Inquiry FAQ

Questions about sending an ingredient inquiry.

These answers explain the first contact process. Final product suitability and commercial terms are confirmed for the selected SKU and destination market.

01What should I include for a useful first reply?

Include the product format or SKU, target natural beta-carotene level, dosage form, estimated quantity, target market, project timing and required documents. If the SKU is unknown, describe the formulation and ask the product team to recommend a starting grade.

02Does the website send my inquiry automatically?

No. The form prepares a completed email in your default email application. Review it and press Send yourself. If no email application opens, use the Copy request text button and email the content to info@hetchyn.com.

03How quickly will HETCHYN reply?

HETCHYN targets an initial response within two business days. Complex custom grades, market-specific documentation or formulation questions may require additional technical review after that first response.

04Can I request a sample, and who pays the freight?

Standard non-custom products can generally be offered as paid samples, with freight paid by the customer. Sample stock, quantity, lead time and custom-grade feasibility are confirmed by sales for the selected product.

05Are stock, lead time and technical documents guaranteed by the website?

No. Stock and lead time are confirmed by sales. Current approved Product Specifications, representative COAs, SDS / MSDS files and certification evidence are supplied by product code and market rather than treated as uncontrolled public downloads.
